Details
These light weight custom connecting rods are made of forged steel and designed with an H-beam profile. The rods come with either ARP 2000 or optionally Custom Age 625 rod bolts. Small end bushings are either Bronze alloy or optionally CuBe (Copper-Beryllium). Tensile strength in rods have been simulated via FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and endurance tested in numerous S14 engines with engine speeds in excess of 9000 rpm. Successful applications in VLN endurance racing and 24h of Nuerburgring.
These rods are available for 2.0l S14 and also the long-rod versions of the 2.3 and 2.5l S14 engines.
